I Three Mile Island sono un gruppo di Brighton nato alla fine del 2002 dagli ex-membri dei Self Destruct e dei My Deaf Audio.
Fractured, un EP di 6 traccie, trasuda delle influenze di ogni membro dei TMI, si notano trattidi Mudvayne, come di RATM e 36Crazyfists, ecc
Quello che mi fa ascoltare e riascoltare questo EP ? la pienezza dei suoni, il basso in prima linea, le urla isteriche,
le parti di chitarra che trascinano via in un tornado distruttivo di emozioni (Rain)... Bei riff, belle strutture, cazzo io con
un pezzo come D.I.Y.A. oltre al disco ci aprirei anche i concerti! Ha un riff fatto apposta per aprire!
Ogni volta rimango senza fiato per quanto riescano a coinvolgere questi 4 inglesi...
Volendo fare un confronto con i colleghi italiani del genere, beh, mi duole dirlo, ma i TMI vincono su tutta la linea.
Una visione sicuramente meno commerciale nella composizione dei pezzi...
Dal vivo devono essere fantastici, pogo violento, headbanging, sangue&sudore... Li voglio in Italia!

Three Mile Island is a band from Brighton born at the end of 2002 from ex-members of Self Destruct and My Deaf Audio.
In "Fractured", a six tracks EP, various influences stand out like Mudvayne, RATM and 36Crazyfists.
Something I really like in this EP is the great way it sounds: first of all the bass, histeric screams, guitars that blow you away in a destructive tornado of emotions (Rain).great riffs, great structures, damn, I would open a gig with "D.I.Y.A.", not only the album! It's got a riff that's perfect for an opening! I always get shocked by how these four English guys are involving.
Trying to compare them to any Italian band,
unfortunately I have to say that there's no comparison:
3mi definitely have a less commercial attitude in composing their songs.
They really got to rock live, violent pogo, headbanging, blood&sweat.I want them in Italy! NOW!
This EP really shreds, and now scream, fuck, SCREAM!!!
I really look up to a full-length!
